How do you load for dips and chin-ups? I’m doing the ABBH program and think that I’ll be lucky to finish 5 sets of 10 for each of these exercises. That will be a killer, don’t you think?
That’s actually the main reason I haven’t used the ABBH program yet. I’m waiting until I have the ability to do that many pull-ups and dips…
Just switch horizontal push/pull to light day and vertical push/pull to heavy day. just my two cents.
