BF%: Not to sure exactly but i think about 8%. What do you think i am?
Diet: Slow Carb Diet. Consists of 30/30 (at least 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up. I usually have a light 15g protein shake with 3 egg whites 1 full egg (about 20g protein) and 2 turkey sausage links (10g protein). Usually about 4 meals throught the day. Limited to chicken, steak, pork, turkey for meats. All veggies. Legumes (lentils, black beans etc.) Nuts for snacks. Thats about it…
