I just got some creatine and I think I’ve done enough research, however I don’t know if I should take it 7 days a week.
I was thinking of loading for maybe 4-5 days and then going to 5g, and I lift 3 days a week, so when I am doing maintenance should I take 5 g/day for 7 days a week or less? Please tell me what works best, I’ve received great advice here so far.
