Quick question.
A1 - rest 15
A2 - rest 60
Does that mean rest 15sec between A1 and A2? And 60sec between sets?
How about>
A1 - 30
A2 - 30
A3 - 30
A4 - 30
Still the same? Isn’t that too much rest between?
What confuses me is the fact that to me is seems the rest is too long before A & A. Is that the intention? Why if you dont mind me asking?
Thanks buddy

Yes, it means just that.
But TO ME rest intervals are NEVER set in stone. It is only a general recommendation to give you an idea about the tempo of the workout.
YOU REST AS LITTLE AS YOU CAN WHILE STILL BEING ABLE TO PERFORM OPTIMALLY.
