someone posted this link in another thread and it was pretty interesting. After hearing you talk about the IF approach you are taking, i am wondering if this "back-loading" can have something to do why the approach you are using works well. I read that the more your body is switched to anabolism during the post workout or "back-load" window, the more effective it will be. I am assuming that doing a mini fast with MAG-10 and then some ANACONDA and MAG-10 during the workout helps in conditioning the body for a mini rebound? just thought this stuff was interesting and was wondering if you had any more insight on it.
