For the Reverse Incline Hammer Curl, you and TC write to use a 60 to 70 degree angle. Does that mean that the top of the bench is closer or farther away from the floor than when the incline is 45 degrees? I can’t tell from the picture. Thanks. Brian

It is farther away from the floor. 90 degrees is straight bench. So the bench would be more vertical that the 45.

the higher the angle the more vertical is the seat. A flat bench is 0 degrees while a military press bench is 90 degrees. I usally do incline curls at 45 degrees, the same as my incline bench press. laters pk
