Chin-Up Bars

I lift at home and I want to re-incorporate pull-ups/chin-ups into my routines. I’ve seen a few products for sale on the internet, but I don’t know if they’re worth a crap or not. Does anyone have any experience with these and would recommend one? I’m not really interested in the dip/pull-up combo equipment due to price and floor space.

Thanks,
DB

I asked the exact same question a while back.

Basically I made room for a stand alone station and am happy I did.

From the posts I received there are several good models out there but there are alot of ones that are not so good. Stability and width seemed to be the major issues with these things.

I have a good one from Champ Sports that can be taken in and out of the door jam at any time and has various grips. I love it. It fits in nearly any door and works great. I’ve had it for many years and have no complaints. It only cost $30.
