I was told today that I may have a bulging disc in my ower back. Does anyone have any helpfull info on training and if youve had one yourself how long it took to recover ,etc. I went to a walk in strip mall physicians office and the doctor was not too helpfull.

thanks for the advice, im going to start checking out chiropractors today. Any advice on how to judge when im ready to start training again, specifically squats and deadlifts. The pains faded but ive been taking ibuprofen so i dont know if i should go by how it feels.
