BPC157 Mechanism of Action

Had a scientific question on how the body knows BPC157 is in your system, and how does it signal in your body to begin the “healing process.”

Similar to Ibuprofen its said to “produce analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.” The COX1 and COX2 enzymes are inhibited via Ibuprofen where COX2 is responsible for the pain relief side.

So my question is, once BPC is injected subcutaneously, where does the solution/powder go, what does it signal in the body, and what does it produce within the body to do its required mechanism of action?

Kind of a loaded question hope this makes sense.
