Body Part Specialization Programs

Coach,

Huge fan of your work . Can you briefly discuss your general principles when it comes to setting up a body part specialization program? I've went through a number of your posts (many of growth factor training), and from what I'm getting, seems you prefer 3 days/week for specialized area and 2 other training days for maintenance work for the rest of the body. Am I interpreting this correctly? Anything to add? Thanks for your time.
