Hey all, i have a bit of a problem and was wondering if yall could help me out.
First off a little background info, I’m 6’2", 234# and a junior in High School. In late August i blew out my knee(Sprained MCL, plateau fracture of the tibia) during football practice and am out for the season(Can come back in december after 12 weeks and stand on the sidelines for state playoffs). After 5 weeks i am partially weight-bearing and am going to get back into training.
Since training lower body is out of the question(for the next 3 weeks) i was wondering if i should concentrate on bulking/cutting(Possibly a Westside approach to training the bench). Mainly i want to know which type of training would be affected less by the lack of heavy squats/deads.
