Been gone hardly got to hit anything definitely doing the IPA meet at ultimate athletics in Ithaca NY on October 6th. Leaves me only one more heavy balls to the wall day on each main lift and then just deciding openers.

510 420 600 should be my second attempts which would give me that. Which would be cool seeing as I did 1525 as a light 275er and I’m now a light 242 trying to not be so light hah.
