I have been training for a long time bodybuilding style as a natural, almost exclusively for DBs for pecs
I am trying to bring up my bench a bit and work on it honestly for once. Doing it twice a week at the beginning of pecs/triceps day and shoulders day. I have long arms, deadlifters build
My top half is very weak. I am strong on triceps extensions, barbell or cable and I have big triceps. Not much of a carryover from extensions apparently
Bench max: 370 from years ago, all from DB work. Trying to reach 385lbs on this phase for fun
