Anabolic Eating...Meal Plans?

I read the articles on the Anabolic Diet, but there arent any meal plans... only got 1. does anyone have anymore??

here's one that i got from the artcle on this site.

Weekdays
Breakfast
? Four eggs
? Six slices of bacon
? Two ounces of cheese
Lunch
? Hamburger steak
? Cheese
? Sugar-free Jell-O with whipped cream
Snack
? Pepperoni
? String cheese
Post-workout shake
? Two-scoop serving of Grow!
Dinner
? Sirloin steak or fish (sometimes both)
Snack
? Cheese
? Pistachios
Supplements
? Fish-oil capsules
? Multivitamin with extra antioxidants
? Soluapsyllium
? Caffeine tablets
Weekends
Breakfast
? Cereal and nonfat milk or pancakes
Lunch
? Pasta with shrimp
? Breadsticks
Snack
? Fruit or bagels
Dinner
? Pizza
? Beer
? Cheap slut, if available
Supplements
? Power Drive (to combat the mental effects of the sudden carb intake)
