How many carbs does the average apple, banana, orange, etc. contain?
I heard apples and bananas have 20 something grams of carbs, depending on size.
Check out www.foodcount.com they have an extensive database of foods and their nutritional values… The only thing they are missing is the Ketchup DAMN IT…
