8 Scoops of Protein a Day

Mine is typically about 150 g per day. I haven’t gone higher than that, as I have so far been unwilling to change my lifestyle to hit 200 g or more.

I can’t say for sure if my results would be significantly different if I was eating more protein, but I kinda doubt it. It’s one of those things, where I think if you are pretty good, it is good enough. I think 150 g/day is like 3X the national recommendation.
