For rugby in season, would it still be effective to run the star complex program like
Week 1
Tuesday
Squat
Thursday
Bench
Week 2
Tuesday
Deadlift
Thursday
Press
Repeat?
This is because of time/recovery considerations i.e. fitting in rugby specific training, sprints and study along with weights
Nutrition/supplementation aside, WIll i still see greater results than with a standard full body template
