Comments: I’ve felt a little better over the last few days so thought I’d hit a deload/on boarding (probably a better term) session this morning. Boy, could I feel that lack of conditioning when I started doing squats. I was huffing and puffing on those. The leg DOMS started in my hamstrings right after the last set. Ha ha… Bench wasn’t bad and accessory was a good combo. The alternating DB C&P were a really good one that I need to remember to do more of. Got it done and cooled down with some LISS.
