Had to dig some holes for one of my peeps Friday in rock hard ground. Now, my right hip/ leg is pissed off. It felt fine Sat but yesterday and today, not so much.

Ate like shit this weekend and along with this allgery attack/ cold had to fight for every inch of what little crap I got done this morning. I wasn’t feeling the love for the squats so switched to the trap bar and that was even worse. Ugh!

Going to have to reboot this whole procedure. What the hell is it with the damn shovel that is killing my hip? This has got to be an imbalance of some sort.

Bad part is… Wed I need to break thru some asphault and dig a deep hole to set a mailbox :smirk: Now where did I put thoae post hole diggers???

Need to figure out how to set the rack for the incline bp. Don’t know if I got that right. The reps felt decent enough and I can still use my arms so… winning!

Hahahaaa! Not in prison yet! I help a group of older people. I do things they can’t do anymore. The youngest is 60+ then I have a couple that are in their 90s and everything in between. The 93 (almost 94) year old wants me to find her a treadmill…lol Really it’s like having 15-20 aging parents to take care of. And more on a waiting list that I just don’t have time to get to.

The almost 94 year old says she was fine until they put that stupid pacemaker in. Besides, Matlock and the Golden Girls are for the “young” people. It’s mostly Foxx news, game show network, or The Western channel. You know you have been there too much when you can sing the intro to Bat Masterson!

When I went to let my chickens one of the little raccoons was in the pen. There are two of them. He is such a cute lil guy, but I told him/her it doesn’t belong in here. I don’t want to hurt it but… I can’t let him harass my chcikies either. Not sure if he is big enough to kill them, but that’s beside the point. He will be soon.
I set the trap, maybe the dumb little thing will go in there and I can take him out in the pasture.

Yes it is! I have watched the video multiple times and when I get to the sticking point, about 90 degrees, my elbows flared out, the bar rocked back toward my head, and it was over. So, I can only assume that I need to keep pounding on my lats/back, and add some more shoulder work. I’ll figure it out eventually. Hope the nursing home has a gym!
