Figured I’d share the good news with the gang here, since I’ve mentioned her and her kiddos every once in a while and we’ve been together since Ronnie Coleman was just halfway through his Olympia reign.

I proposed to my gal over the weekend. Through tears of surprise and joy, and after some fumbling with the ring, she said yes. “Happy” is so much of an understatement, but I’m happy, she’s happy, we’re all beyond-happy around here.
