Work on sitting back more, and really push your knees out. They kept coming in and forward.

These are impossible. I don’t blame you at all lol

I’ll try to Mark. Promise.
But I just feel extremely out of balance when trying to sit back more.
Any tricks to learn how to sit back?
The knee thing I noticed. I’m doing some band around my knees from time to time. Must do it even more.

We shall work on them, until we can do them

Trust.

You need to push your butt back without arching your lower back. Pushing your knees out helps.

Nice work man, that’s a lot of pressing in one session. How’s the triceps ?

I almost never get sore or having doms from training.
Shoulders a bit beat up I think, not much.
Yeah on paper it looks like a lot, but when doing it, it feels nice and easy going.

Fuck you (just kidding).

I actually like a moderate amount of soreness. I’m not sure why, but it feels good to be a bit sore the next day.

It doesn’t feel good to not be able to walk down steps, or to drink a glass of water.
