These were terrible. The last set was about to kill me, couldn’t catch my breath after rep 5
Somehow I’m always feeling a little soreness/fatigue on Monday’s. Not sure if that has anything to do with chasing our high energy 1 year old all over the place or not. Lol

Dropped back on weight for front squats from last week. Trying to get the feel mostly in my quads and not let the posterior chain try to take over. Deadlifts are starting to feel intimidating in sets/weight/reps. Gotta a slight anxious feeling the past couple weeks.
