Patellar Tendon Pain

I thought I would check in and let you know how it’s going. I have been doing the isometric and plyometric exercises 2 times a day and foam/ball rolling and stretching when the quads feel tight. I have gotten some great progress. Not 100% yet, but definite improvement.
