In bench I am very close the numbers I had before my all time best meet back in August. In deadlift my workouts were weaker now than before that super performance. Now lots of water and very few carbs to get under 198 lbs. On Wednesday I will fly to USA. 12th Oct IPA Worlds, Murfeesboro, TN & 17th Oct WUAP Worlds, Chicago, IL.
