2022 Deadlift World Championships, Rauno Heinla wins with 476kg/1049lbs.
Makarov tried the 505kg, but missed.
I think this is his third attempt at this weight.
Dan Green is still going at it, 915lb PR. He seems to have been around for a really long time, although he’s only been competing for 15 years. I guess a physique like that tends to stick in your mind.
