Is Training Calves Mental

Personally, I only need about 10 secs rest to get another 8-10 reps, you will need to possibly up the rest seconds toward the end, but I usually say fuck it, it gets to the point sometimes where you get about 1-2reps for a rest pause, thats where the pain sets in. Keep the reps clean too.

Also, you could try doing a weight that you fail at about 10 with on one leg, then just do a set on one leg, then a set on the other, until you get to the 100. So while one leg is resting the other is repping.
