Went into the gym just to do some deadlifts and i ended up doing much more. So i was going for my usual 405lbs lift, got half way up then it hit me. My lunch was coming back up in a hurry. It was a mixture of a large pizza and pineapple which i had just before i left work. So i droped the bar and made a B-line to the can and puked my guts out. I was pretty fucking bitter after puking my lunch out that i just went home and called it a night
