Gatorade vs Powerade

This thread is crazy considering you can easily pick up a bottle and look at the label.

Gatorade has much more sodium, and “electrolytes”, powerade more B vitamins 12 and more sugar. Neither is that great post workout. Gatorade is slightly better post marathon type workout. For all your internet editors, I mean long ass workout, not literally running 26 miles. However for long games and endurance, or strenght-endurance workouts, gatorade is better to use while workout out. The “electrolytes” supposedly allow you to last longer. All of this is only for an extreme edge in competition.

Vitamin water is a joke, but taste better in my opinion and I drink it all day, I have not done a study but I’m pretty sure the vitamins in vitamin water is pretty useless. If your looking for health purposes, water and some milk, and maybe a shake is all you need for fluid purposes.
