Can Anyone Share Recovery Tips on Herniated Disc/Sciatica

I have said many times myself that I am going to give up lifting weights.This morning I did back and arms and after a few hours my left back/leg is giving me pain and irritation when I am at work.It’s more of a mental torture now then satisfaction :frowning:

That’s probably due to an inflamed area, maybe disc or maybe muscles around the disc.

So what did you back workout look like? You need to make sure you stop doing exercises that aggravate your back for a month or 3 to let it settle down.

Trust the process but I’d make sure you take your time recovering as to heal up properly.
