It pays to know when to pay a guy…

We paid to have our bathroom done and after seeing what they had to do, it was money well spent. I’ll do quite a bit but won’t tackle a job that I’m reasonably sure I’ll fuck up many dollars in material before it’s right.

BTW, you did a great job. It looks very nice.

Which im trying to avoid on a Kitchen project…since I ran into a few do overs on the bathroom.

I still think you can do a lot of it. Minimally, demo.

Buffalo Bar Bench: 3 x 8 @ SW
DB Flyes: 3 x 10 @ SW …havent done these in years
Chins : a few after 2 warm up sets of Band pulldown
Lying Tri extensions: TR 25/3 @ SW TR 32
Band Pull aparts: 5 x 20

Treadmill 20 minutes…

Need to sit down and really get a rough eating plan mapped out 100%. Running pretty low on carbs today… need to establish a max and minimum on my lower carb days.
