I’m aware of this, which is why I haven’t asked for the kitchen sink. Do I want more gains? Yes, but not at the cost of relative long-term health; as mentioned in my wife’s TRT log, the goal really is to find the line of where ‘too much’ is, and toe backwards from that. I’m also aware that this will inherently have issues as well, which is why ‘the line’ isn’t set in stone.

I try my best, but I often find myself too stubborn to learn from the mistakes of others and have to punch a wall a few times just to see if it will hurt.
