Have you tried lowering your AI dose or ditching it all together? Your E2 is getting pretty low.
Yep, I have decreased AI to 0.25 mg - two times a week and had a 3 days of very decent libido and very nice erection quality.
due to the fact that PRL is currently stable, now I am thinking about ceasing both CC and AI. However, I will probably wait until my wife become pregnant.

Im on HCG my self and have been wondering how much HCG is proper to keep a man fertile with no issues.
Now my doctor said anywhere between 500 to 1000 iu is good. At this current moment I am on 700iu is that enough? Or do I need to bump it up to 1000iu?

few weeks ago I have quited anastrazole - it seems that I should reintroduce some low dose like 0.125 mg twice a week. thankfully PRL remains stable.

Any new updates? I’ve had libido problems since starting TRT and am considering following a similar protocol to come off.
i’ve been through different protocols, and never been dialed in, probably due to suboptimal T/E ratio. I suppose there is a narrow T/E window in my case
- T - generally no libido; except the initial phase; e2 was trough the roof (50-80 pg/ml), back acne, and totally unplugged penis;
- clomiphene - generally no libido; it appeared sporadically during the course of therapy
- hCG + AI - poor libido; appeared sporadically, especially after some changes in dosage regimen - i.e. one big shot before holidays resulted in very decent sex desire for few days. However, I was unable to reach that effect with regular 3 x week regimen.
Testosterone ~900 ng/dl / e2 ~30 pg/ml - still there was no libido. - T + hCG + AI - still trying to dial in, first two weeks were amazing, i’ve felt like “old mysfelf”
now I am trying to figure out the best protocol for me. I’ve realized that there has been a recent campaign against AI in the forum, however for me there is no option to drop it. I am a very efficient e2 factory

still trying to find a good protocol, it is not easy due to low SHBG.
relatively low e2 levels are HIGH for me due to bioavailability. dropping down hCG dosage is currently no option for me, fertility (*and libido) are the main goals currently.
Have you tested fertility lately to see if the HCG is improving it?
yes, I’ve tested semen two months ago and it was more than OK (1000-1500 IU three times a week at that time).
after T ethanate addition, I’ve tried 300 IU three times a week, but semen became ‘watery’, therefore I assume IT was not enough.
I donated blood last week and as soon as I did I started to notice a dramatic increase in libido. I’m suspicious if at least for me the red blood cell count plays a part in this game.
Donated also last week for first time ever and noticed and increase in libido – also started on 45mg twice a week 12 days ago as my libido and male plumbing was non existent on 75mg twice a week.
My HCT was 48 and HGB was 17. So you’re saying RBC’s increase shortly after donation possibly and that helps libido?
Have you tried to take the AI out very slowly? Wean him. When I take AI my libido drops. When I take T4 for the thyroid, the SHBG increases and so does the prolactin. Clomid also lowers libido. Try to wean the AI to see if the libido improves. Good luck!

In my case, libido improves when I increase AI dosage, after some failed attempts to slowly decrease this compound dosage.
I’ve never used clomid with testosterone. it was clomid+AI for somwhere around 18-24 months. and yes, ethanate subQ.
Okay. Thanks Jagt. I am in doubt of using low doses of clomid or tamoxifen + enanthate. When I use Clomid my libido runs out.
