I'm Mike. Sorry about the stupid username but that's all I could come up with that wasn't already taken and wasn't too stupid. I've been training really hard for the last few years and seen some dramatic results. I started when I was 202 pounds and about 22% body fat. Now I'm down to 168 and about 16% body fat. I'm also off all my meds which is really nice. My BP was slightly elevated and an overly aggressive doctor put me on a beta blocker when I was 28 as well as lipitor (not good). I still have a long way to go and that's why I'm here. Thanks in advance for all the help you have and will provide!
