I am 5 foot ten 220 lb. Been trying to train for the last two-and-a-half years. Sometimes family and work gets in the way. I do my best to make it to the gym three to four times a week most of the time. Just trying to figure out what the next step is in gaining more muscle and losing stomach fat. I am 45 years old and feel like The Hourglass is running out of sand sometimes. I enjoy working out just don’t get to do it as much as I would like to
