Gawd, for some reason I find it really aggravating when people stare at themselves in their monitor instead of looking into the webcam.

Still mirin, though.
You would stare at yourself too if you looked that good.

Forever mirin.
If I looked HALF that good, I’d most likely trade in my porn collection for a mirror.

Just throwin’ that out there.
lol

Awesome.

No insults, no condescension, but complete and utter pownage.

We have indeed lost a great teacher.

Perhaps structurally, yes.

But this is a bodybuilding site, so naturally my admiration leans toward those with greater development.

Just imagine Zyzz with the addition of 30-40 lbs more lean mass.
Don’t be knocking the bikini competitors, ID!

Okay, sorry.

She was beautiful though.

in response to the video - there is way too much brah(chestbrah, his brother) in it.

in response to those who are hating - what are you trying to achieve? he achieved better development than 99% of this forum and put others on to a healthy lifestyle. Almost all kids here(in Australia) know who zyzz is but don’t know who jay cutler, dorian yates, marcus rhul are.

It’s much easier to show a person a photo of zyzz and get them motivated to lift than it is to show them a photo of the fridge aka jay cutler

Anyone know the music playing at the beginning?

I’ve heard it in one of zhasni’s vids, too.

Good point. He created a “market”, not too dissimilar from what Arnold did in the 70’s thereby kicking off a bodybuilding craze.

^thanks, bro.

Unless you copied the entire list to call me out on my laziness… in which case, replace the ‘thanks’ with a ‘come at me’.

Either way, it’s appreciated.

“Show some respect bro!”

While I do have a tremendous amount of respect for some who can self promote that well, and has enough confidence in themselves and what they do to actually promote themselves. And of course no one can deny his physique and will power necessary to achieve it…

With that said…

Mehh. One less douchebag in the world… I said it.

I just don’t see it. Nothing special here.

Fed,

Your profile says you’re 45.

You seem more like 18.

Just sayin’.
HA AHAHAH HAA

this is why few people on this board knew who Zyzz was before he died.

Frank Yang, if you’re reading this…dig up the corpse of Zyzz and use it in your next video…use your imagination
I already told everyone what my next “Training Mixtape” will be over in bb.com

Q: Frank! Your Training Mixtape psyched me up and it is sooo inspiring! I heard you were going to make a part II, is the rumor true?!

A: Yes the second TRAINING mixtape IS coming out!

But this one is gonna be more like Zyzz’s. It’s gonna be a 12 minute montage of me walking around, flexing on the street topless and at parties, dancing in small interior spaces with limited room for mobility. All were done with shaky camera work by a camera man who is admiring my body too hard to film me properly.

So you won’t see much heavy lifting or jumping. Maybe I’ll insert like 10 seconds of me doing curls in there somewhere just to prove I still lift. Haven t thought it all through though. But I’ll definitely insert memes at the end of the video for the shout out, BRAH!

I will put my favorite music in the background for soundtrack. It’s gonna be an epic video. What can I say? I was too inspired to be a better person and not take life too srs.

Stay tuned!

X2

There were probably some really old-timers telling their grandsons “Arnold is the Eugene Sandow of your generation!”
