Zyzz Legacy - Happy Birthday, Brah. RIP

Got 70 seconds into the video before I got tired of it. What exactly did this guy accomplish again?[/quote]

He’s the Arnold of our generation.
Loud, obnoxious, pretty much an ass to everyone and yet inspiring many skinny fucks to pick up a dumbbell and many fat neckbeards to also strive for aesthetics instead of permabulking on SS and GOMAD.

Gawd, for some reason I find it really aggravating when people stare at themselves in their monitor instead of looking into the webcam.

Still mirin, though.

You would stare at yourself too if you looked that good.

Forever mirin.

Happy b-day, Az. Mirin

It upsets me that they are playing tracks from my beloved Anjunabeats Label and from Trance in general.

Naaah…bugeisha is more developed & leaner, but Zyzz definitely has the better structure–no offense big guy

Call him a twink or a swimmer or whatever, but man–this is a beautiful physique

BTW I think that comparison to Arnold Schwarzenegger is quite apt…if Zyzz had kept the AAS use quiet, moved to America, and hadn’t died I’d imagine that he could have gone far.

Perhaps structurally, yes.

But this is a bodybuilding site, so naturally my admiration leans toward those with greater development.

Just imagine Zyzz with the addition of 30-40 lbs more lean mass.

Does anyone have that gif where he offers to take the picture of the family on vacation, and then lifts his shirt up and takes the picture of his abs?

Makes me crack up every time I see it

True he would probably resemble Arnold–with lesser arms of course.

It’s interesting you bring that up though…is the point of bodybuilding more to develop one’s body to the max? Or to shape/sculpt one’s body to an aesthetic ideal?

To have extreme mass & proportions is the territory of a lucky few, but for the rest of us mortals, I admire the proportioned physique over the physique with mass just for the sake of mass.

To me Zyzz is more of a bodybuilder than most people competing today. He envisioned an ideal shape to his body, and achieved it (more or less). Whereas I feel like a lot of BBers today just want to get bigger EVERYWHERE with no regard for shape or proportion.

Not to say he couldn’t use 10-20 more pounds of course

what the hell did i just watch? what this soft core gay porn?

EDIT: ok I didn’t know he died so I take that back

Well, he DID look better in many ways than a LOT of amateur BBers competing today. And frankly, I wish I looked that good.

'mirin, guy was entertaining and I also love da trance. Aesthetics.

not having a zyzz folder on your PC. Son, I am dissapoint.

Legend

Long overdue

Apparently the guy inspired a lot of people, and he was obviously in shape, but I don’t get the admiration. I see 10 guys in my gym at any given time who are at least in that good of shape. He juiced, went to raves and liked to workout. Awesome, there’s a lot of that. He was a Hell of a self promoter and got people to buy into self manufactured hype, nothing more.

After watching A LOT of his videos, one thing is for sure and undeniable: this guy lived life to the fullest. He actually managed to motivate people to go to the gym. So from now on, I have respect for this guy.

True…it’s not that he had a generational physique or anything like that, it’s his charisma and sense of humor. If that chat log a couple posts up doesn’t make you laugh than I guess you probably wouldn’t find his persona funny.

He cracks me up, probably the funniest ‘meathead’ humor I’ve ever seen (not that it’s a huge pool of material or anything)

If I looked HALF that good, I’d most likely trade in my porn collection for a mirror.

Just throwin’ that out there.
