I hear this is an excellent supplement to take instead glucosamine for joint health. It is a natural vitamin. Has anyone used this before?
I did use it once, went through a bottle and didnt really notice an effect… of course I dont really notice much with glucosamine which I’m taking right now… Used them due to ankle pain which nothing seems to do much for.
Curcumin = win for my elbow and wrist injury though
and turmeric w/ lower amounts of curcumin is in zyflamend
