Zucchini Muffins

I just made up this recipe. It ended up pretty good, so I thought I’d share it. I made a fairly small recipe because I didn’t know how it’d turn up. Next time, I’d make at least double.

Throw 2 Zucchinis and half an onion in a blender until it’s liquid. Pour the mixture in a bowl. Add five eggs, three scoops of Grow!, a heap of flax seed (I didn’t measure it), a drizzle of honey, and a dash of salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture in a sprayed muffin pan at 400 degrees for around 20 minutes.
