So I’m thinking about trying the zone diet a couple of months.
I’ve found a scheme which I’m going to use in my planning.
Anyone have tried the zone diet or have some knowledge about it, they want to share before I’m committing to this diet?
I want to put on some muscle mass, and just kinda want to become stronger. Thats my main goal, but I’m not quite sure how this diet work without the high cal ingredients like, pasta and rice, potatoes and stuff like that.
