Could the zombie workout be ok for a football player?
I would probably work at some point in your off season, but certainly not in-season. Furthermore an off-season in football is about 6-7 months long, no program should be done for that long.

Sure, but then again if you do the zombie workout for 4 weeks in a 7 months off season it wont kill you to skip the bench for once.
