why not just take a zinc and magnesium(maybe throw in some tylenol pm) supplement before going to bed instead of sending the money on zma, i’ve tried this and felt a difference in my training, was this just a placebo effect
the forms of zinc and magnesium in the zma are more absorbable than you would find in just any old vitamin. do what you want with your money, but the zma does work.
No need fot the T PM. Just take the zinc and mag! (Then again *If you need the ZMA it’s not too expensive-most people I believe, however do not.)
