ZMA on the Velocity Diet

Hello.

I just started the Velocity Diet today (1/2/23). I normally take ZMA before bed. On the ZMA label it reads, “For best results, take on an empty stomach, or avoid taking with foods and supplements containing calcium.”

With the bedtime pulse on the diet (both filling the stomach and contains calcium), how best should I incorporate the ZMA?

I’m not am expert, but what I do if having calcium before bed (shakes, yogurt, etc.) is to take ZMA on an empty stomach then wait 30-45 minutes before consuming the calcium.

Yes, take around 30 minutes before your last shake or the day.
