Long time reader, first time poster here. Simple question for you guys: how do I have my ZMA on an empty stomach before bed, and have my cottage cheese too? Should i take the cottage cheese on workout days and do a double dose of zma on others? Any thoughts?
Just take your ZMA between your last two meals of the day. Problem solved. This is what I usually do.
Yea i take the ZMA like 45min before i sleep, on an empty stomach. Then take in some protein 15 minutes after you have taken your ZMA.
