I’ve been takin Biotest’s ZMA for nearly a month now and I notice im shootin out alot more then i usually did.

anyone else have this?

Why? could it be the whole increase of hormones that ZMA boosts?

Your test is up from the ZMA and your better rested. Those factors alone build up the count of the tadpoles.

Yes. I have taken zma for a long time, and Increased semen volume is a side effect of zma consumption. I get about a 25% increase in semen quantity.

I have a girlfriend that lets me know when my volume seems to be up or down.
