ZMA and Fish Oil

I usually take 3 ZMAs about 60 minutes before going to sleep on a rather empty stomach. Would it be OK to take some fish oil (not Flameout) at the same time as the ZMAs?

I’d wait and take the Flameout 45-60 minutes after you take the ZMA’s.
