I was wondering if someone could tell me an apropiate amount of zinc, since it can help elevate t levels, to take for a a 16 year old. Also I read that taking any more than 15 mg of zinc per day could contribute to memory loss, any comments?
I would suggest that you take ZMA before bedtime, if you feel that you need the zinc. Zinc is fairly abundant in most meat-eating diets, so supplementation might not be neccessary. You might want to take 1-2 caps before bed to provide you with some mineral insurance.
