Does anyone know how effective it would be to supplement with zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 separately as opposed to with ZMA? I’ve tried ZMA and loved it, but was just curious as to how superior it is over the individual ingredients taken separately. The only problem I see is that it is hard to find zinc in forms other than gluconate. Any feedback would be great.
Read the interview with victor conte way back in the previous issues of T-mag. He says no, then again, he invented ZMA. The search engine should take you to the article if you look up his name.
Stick with the ZMA!Not only are you messing with less absorbable forms,99% of the pill companies use a calcium binder,although it usually isn’t listed in the ingredients.The calcium pretty much makes absorption non-existent
