Today is leg day. I have recently discovered Zercher squats - and love them. However, I was on my fourth set, and I had a sudden burning pain all up my left forearm, followed immediately by numbness.
Feeling a bit horrified, I returned the bar to the rack and gave my arm a good quick rubdown. I’m used to a certain amount of pressure on the inner elbow, and there wasn’t any unusual pain up until that point.
Am I doing something egregiously wrong? Should I be padding the bar more?
