Guy is a troll. He claimed that was him lifting in the vid at the bottom of that thread and then goes on to say that he has a max dead of 150kg (330lbs) in the Advice on Upper Lower Split Thread. I would stop wasting my time with this guy.

How did he add 285lbs to his pull in 3 weeks? I’m not aware of any anabolics that powerful. Oh I know what’s going on. HE’S LYING!!!

So in other news, LM, whats the word on that east TN meet you mentioned a while back?

I believe it’s in Nov, a few guys I did the meet with in April and I are planning on driving up. I’m also attempting to get my gf to do it but she’s a bit of a girly girl (gotta love those Rebel Southern Belles!). Still I think she’d be great at it, she did 185 for 10 on bench -rest paused- the other day and she weighs all of 130 lbs and is definitely stronger in her legs. So could be an oddity of a group going up but it’s either that or maybe a USAPL meet, slightly up in the air.
