AM Cardio- Stepmill 30min
Bench- worked up to 315x11!
*This is a 2 rep PR, even beating my old best when I was 30lbs heavier!
DB Bench- 5x12x100’s
supersetted with:
Chest Supported Rows- 5x12x165
*I know I need to increase this row weight. I don’t always push myself as hard on my upper body pulling as on my pressing.
Pushdowns- 2x25x30lbs, then 50 rep drop set from 30 down to 10lbs
supersetted with:
Face Pulls- 2x25x45lbs, then 50 rep drop set from 45 down to 30lbs
Stretch Pecs, Shoulders, Lats
